摘要
新媒体越来越成为人们日常生活世界不可分割的组成部分。通过对新媒体剥离美食体验感觉的分析,发现在美食体验过程中交织着情节性文字阅读(虚)和数字化视觉直观(拟)两个方面,从而酝酿出美食体验的虚拟化趋势,并导致美食体验时空在新媒体平台上出现变异,其核心是美食体验互动性的强化。虚拟化在增加美食体验深度与广度的同时,也产生了一定的体验遮蔽。
New Media is becoming an integral part of people's daily life. Through analyzing how new media strips gastronomic feeling from its experience,the present paper finds that the experiencing process is intertwined with a plot / text reading( fictitious) and digital visualization( virtual). Hence the virtual trend of gastronomic experience,which leads to space- time variations of the experience on the new media platform with the enhanced interactivity as its core. While visualization deepens and broadens one 's gastronomic experience,it shadows part of the experience.
