摘要
预应力混凝土桥梁在我国现代化基础设施建设中得到了广泛的应用;预应力孔道压浆质量是影响预应力桥梁耐久性和承载力的重要因素;基于冲击弹性波的测试方法已成为业内高度认同的检测孔道压浆质量测试方法。文章叙述了基于冲击弹性波的压浆密实度检测方法及原理,并结合浙江某高速公路连续刚构桥的检测案例,证实冲击弹性波方法在实际应用中对灌浆检测的可靠性,为施工质量提供可靠的技术保障。
Prestressed concrete bridges have been widely used in the modernization infrastructure construction of our country, and prestressed duct grouting quality is an important factor on affecting the durability and bearing capacity of pres- tressed bridge. The test method based on the impact elastic wave has become highly recognized test method of detecting duct grouting quality in the industry. The grouting compactness detection methods and principle based on the impact elastic wave are described. Combined with the detection cases of continuous rigid frame bridge in a highway of Zhejiang, it is confirmed that the impact elastic wave method is reliable for grouting detection in the practical application, and the reliable technical support is provided for quality of construction.
