摘要
目的探讨厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪治疗原发性高血压(EH)患者行护理干预对疗效及不良反应的影响。方法回顾性分析2013年12月至2015年6月在我院接受厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪治疗的110例原发性高血压患者的临床资料,按治疗中采用的不同护理方式分为2组,每组55例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组在此基础上予综合护理干预。比较两组患者的疗效、不良反应、心理状态及生活质量。结果实施两种护理措施后,两组患者的SBP、DBP、MAP水平均下降,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.01)。研究组的不良反应发生率(12.73%)低于对照组(29.09%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施护理后,两组的抑郁、焦虑情绪及生活质量均较护理前明显改善,研究组改善幅度更显著(P<0.01)。结论厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪治疗原发性高血压患者行护理干预可提高疗效,减少不良反应的发生,并且能够消除患者不良心理,改善生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on the efficacy and adverse reaction of patients with primary hypertension who had taken irbesartan and hydrochlorothiazide tablets. Methods The clinical data of 110 patients who had taken irbesartan and hydrochlorothiazide tablets for the treatment of essential hypertension in our hospital fromDecember 2013 to June 2015 was reviewed retrospectively. The patients were divided into two groups according to the different nursing methods. Patients in control group（ n = 55） received routine nursing,and patients in study group were given comprehensive nursing intervention based on the treatment of control group. The curative effect,incidence of adverse reactions,mental state and life quality of the two groups were compared. Results The SBP,DBP and MAP in the two groups decreased significantly after nursing intervention,and the indexes in study group were lower than those of control group（ P〈0. 01）. The incidence of adverse reactions in study group was lower than that of control group（ 12. 73% vs. 29. 09%）,there was significant difference between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. The depression,anxiety and life quality of patients in both groups were significantly improved after intervention,and there were significant differences between the two groups（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Nursing intervention combined with irbesartan and hydrochlorothiazide tablets in the treatment of essential hypertension can improve the curative effect,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,ease the negative psychological status and improve the life quality of the patients.
