摘要
目的研究综合性心理护理对高血压患者治疗遵医行为、并发症、护理满意度和预后的影响。方法选取本院2016年10月~2017年10月收治的高血压患者120例,将其随机分为两组,各60例。对照组实施常规对症护理,观察组实施综合性心理护理干预。比较两组心理状态、遵医行为、并发症、护理满意度及预后。结果干预后观察组SAS、SDS评分均比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总遵医行、护理满意度及QOL、FIM评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为11.67%,低于对照组的26.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高血压患者实施综合性心理护理干预可以有效提高患者遵医依从性及护理满意度,并且能够降低并发症发生率,提高患者生活自理能力,改善预后。
Objective To study the effect of comprehensive mental nursing on compliance behavior, complications, nursing satisfaction and prognosis in patients with hypertension. Methods 120 patients with hypertension in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2017 were randomly divided into two groups, 60 cases in each group. Control group was given routine symptomatic nursing, while observation group was given comprehensive mental nursing. The mental status, compliance behavior, complications, nursing satisfaction and prognosis were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the scores of SAS and SDS in observation group were lower than those in control group（P〈0.05）; the scores of compliance behavior, nursing satisfaction, QOL and FIM in observation group were higher than those in control group（P〈0.05）; the incidence of complications in observation group was 11.67%, which was lower than 26.67% in control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive mental nursing in patients with hypertension can increase compliance behavior and nursing satisfaction, decrease the incidence of complications, promote ability of daily living and improve prognosis.
