摘要
文章总结了上海交通大学以都市现代农业发展对科技含量、农业经营主体素质等要求高为背景,探索以教授工作室为平台的农业推广创新模式,该模式与现有农业推广体系有机融合,通过派驻教授专家开展技术咨询与服务、科研项目联合攻关、农村区域规划、现代农业知识和技能培训等多样的形式,将大量符合都市现代农业发展的新品种、新技术等科研成果和高水平的农业推广服务工作纳入其中。随着现代农业的发展,涉农高校仍需整合资源、完善制度和管理,推进农业推广工作,服务农业现代化发展。
Professor workshop, an innovative agricultural extension model of Shanghai Jiaotong University, was summarized in the paper, which based on urban modern agriculture demands much more technological elements and higher quality of the agricultural management entities. The professor workshop with the existing agricultural extension system delegate professor and expert to carry out various forms of technical services, such as technical consulting and service, scientific research project, rural regional planning, modern agricultural knowledge and skills training, and so on. So that, a lot of new varieties, new technologies, scientific research achievements and high level agricultural extension service were put into the development of urban modern agriculture. With the development of modem agriculture, agriculture-related universities need to integrate resources, improve the management system, and promote the agricultural extension work to serve the modernization of agriculture.
