摘要
目的 探讨鹿瓜多肽联合红外线治疗四肢骨折的临床效果。方法 将武汉大学人民医院2008年9月-2013年9月收治的四肢骨折患者196例按照随机数字表法分为4组:鹿瓜多肽联合红外线组、鹿瓜多肽组、红外线组、对照组,各49例。比较4组四肢骨折临床愈合时间、骨折愈合疗效、骨折术后VAS、骨折术后患肢肿胀程度。结果鹿瓜多肽联合红外线组的四肢骨折临床愈合时间短于鹿瓜多肽组、红外线组、对照组(P〈0.05);鹿瓜多肽组、红外线组的四肢骨折临床愈合时间短于对照组(P〈0.05)。鹿瓜多肽联合红外线组的骨折愈合疗效好于鹿瓜多肽组、红外线组、对照组(P〈0.05)。术后3、7 d,鹿瓜多肽联合红外线组VAS低于鹿瓜多肽组、红外线组和对照组(P〈0.05),鹿瓜多肽组、红外线组VAS低于对照组(P〈0.05);术后14 d,各组VAS比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。术后1 d,各组患肢肿胀程度比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);术后3、7 d,鹿瓜多肽联合红外线组患肢肿胀程度轻于鹿瓜多肽组、红外线组和对照组(P〈0.05)。结论 在四肢骨折康复过程中,鹿瓜多肽联合红外线可以减轻患者疼痛,缓解患肢肿胀,促进骨折愈合,能作为有效的辅助治疗手段。
Objective To explore clinical effect of Cervus and Cucumis Polypeptidc for Injection combined with in- frared ray in the treatment of limb fracture. Methods From September 2008 to September 2013, 196 patients with limb fracture in Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University were divided into four groups (Cervus and Cucumis Polypeptide com- bined with infrared ray group, Cervus and Cucumis Polypeptide group, infrared ray group and control group) according to the random number table method, each group of 49 cases. Clinical healing time of limb fracture, fracture healing ef- ficacy, VAS after fracture surgery, degree of limb swelling after fracture surgery among four groups were compared. Results Clinical healing time of limb fracture in Cervus and Cucumis Polypeptide combined with infrared ray group was shorter than those in Cervus and Cucumis Polypeptide group, infrared ray group and control group (P 〈 0.05). Clin- ical healing time of limb fracture in Cervus and Cucumis Polypeptide group, infrared ray group were shorter than that in control group (P 〈 0.05). Fracture healing efficacy in Cervus and Cucumis Polypeptide combined with infrared ray group was better than those in Cervus and Cucumis Polypeptide group, infrared ray group and control group (P 〈 0.05). After surgery of 3, 7 d, VAS in Cervus and Cucumis Polypeptide combined with infrared ray group was lower than those in Cervus and Cucumis Polypeptide group, infrared ray group and control group (P 〈 0.05), VAS in Cervus and Cu- cumis Polypeptide group, infrared ray group were lower than that in control group (P 〈 0.05). After surgery of 14 d, VAS among four groups was compared, with no statistical difference (P 〉 0.05). After surgery of 1 d, degree of limb swelling among four groups was compared, with no statistical difference (P 〉 0.05).
