摘要
目的探讨乳腺癌远端转移与外周血血脂水平的相关性。方法将患有乳腺癌并伴有远处转移的患者列为观察组,将未发生远端转移的乳腺癌患者作为对照组。结果观察组患者血脂中的TC(t=3.234,P=0.002)、TG(t=4.111,P<0.001)、LDL-C(t=3.361,P=0.001)水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者中CA125(t=2.147,P=0.035),CA15-3(t=2.272,P=0.026)含量水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);ROC曲线显示,当CA15-3截点值为54.75 U/m L时,对乳腺癌远端转移诊断的敏感性为75%,特异性为72.5%,诊断价值优于CA125;血清中TC、TG、LDL-C含量与肿瘤标志物CA125、CA15-3呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论血脂中TC、TG、LDL-C含量升高与乳腺癌远端转移呈正相关,肿瘤标志物CA15-3在诊断乳腺癌远端转移上具有一定的临床意义。
Objective To explore the correlation between distant metastasis of breast cancer and lipid level of peripheral blood. Methods Patients with distant metastasis of breast cancer were designed as observation group,and the patients without distant metastasis of breast cancer were designed as control group. Results Levels of TC( t = 3. 234,P = 0. 002),TG( t = 4. 111,P〈0. 001),LDL-C( t = 3. 361,P = 3. 361) in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group( P〈0. 05). Levels of CA125( t = 2. 147,P = 2. 147) and CA15-3( t = 2. 272,P = 2. 272) in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group( P〈0. 05). ROC curve showed that sensitivity of CA15-3 for diagnosis of distant metastasis of breast cancer was 75% and specificity was 72. 5% when the cut-off value of CA15-3 was 54. 75 U / m L,and the diagnostic value of CA15-3 was greater than CA125. Serum TC,TG,LDL-C levels were positively correlated with tumor markers CA125 and CA15-3( P〈0. 05). Conclusion The increasing levels of TC,TG,LDL-C are positively correlated with distal metastasis of breast cancer,and tumor markers CA15-3 shows certain significance in the diagnosis of distant metastasis of breast cancer.
