摘要
紫花苜蓿是一种优质豆科牧草,其营养丰富,茎叶中含有丰富的蛋白质、矿物质以及多种维生素,同时也是畜禽饲料中一种优质的蛋白源。除此之外,紫花苜宿还含有苜蓿黄酮、苜蓿皂苷和苜蓿多糖等丰富的生物活性物质,对提高动物机体健康状况有重要作用。本文主要就紫花苜蓿的营养特性及其在畜禽生产中的应用研究进展等方面进行分析综述。
Alfalfa（Medicago sativa L）is one of a leguminosae and a wonderful protein resource,which contains abun-dant nutrirional components.It’s stalks and leaves were rich in protein,mineral,vitamin.In addition,some bioactive sub-stances are found in alfalfa,such as falvonoids,saponins,polysachcarides and other active ingredients.These bioactive sub-stances have a great influence on improving the level of animal health.The nutritional characteristics of alfalfa and its ap-plication in animal production were summarized in this paper.
