1病例资料患者,女,21岁,因＂腹痛、呕吐、发热5 d,胸闷、乏力2 d,加重1 d＂,于2013年11月13日11：50就诊于某医科大学附属医院。患者2013年11月8日22：30在外用餐并受凉后出现上腹部疼痛,呕吐胃内容物1次,伴腹泻,自测体温38.1℃,随即前往当地医院急诊,予抗感染、护胃、补液治疗后腹痛腹泻好转,于2013年11月09日中午13：00左右无明显诱因出现晕厥1次,在当地院予抗感染、护胃、
