摘要
采用热烘箱老化、刚果红、电导率和热失重(TG)4种方法考察了氨基脲嘧啶(GNMD)/乙酰丙酮钙(Ca I)/高氯酸钠(NaClO_4)与单硬脂酸甘油酯锌(ZnGlyA)/硬脂酸钙(CaSt_2)(3%)组分之间的协同效应。结果表明,GNMD/Ca I/NaClO_4的质量分数为2%时(质量比3∶1∶1),PVC制品长期、初期热稳定性最好,不易"锌烧",热老化稳定时间、静态热稳定时间和热稳定时间分别达到100,90.5 min和125 min,较添加Zn GlyA/CaSt_2的PVC制品分别提高30,60 min和50 min,热重结果显示,最大失重率所对应的温度可以达到315.62℃,第一、二阶段失重率也有不同程度的降低,表明GNMD/Ca I/Na Cl O4热稳定剂与Zn Gly A/CaSt_2体系之间具有优良的协同效应。
With the method of conductivity test,static thermal aging,Congo red test and thermogravimetry,the synergistic effect of amino uracil/calcium acetylacetonate/sodium perchlorate with ZnGlyA/CaSt2 (3%) were investigated. The results show that the addition of amino uracil/calcium acetylacetonate/sodium perchlorate in 2% (mass ratio of 3:1:1) result in the best long-term and initial-term thermal stability of PVC products. what's more,"burn" zinc was depressed. Thermal aging stability and static thermal stability time and the thermal stability time reached at 100, 90.5 min and 125 min,respectively, which increase by 30 min, 60 min and 50 min compared with ZnGlyA/CaSt2(3%) system. The results of thermogravimetry show that the temperature of maximum weight loss rate is 315.62℃ and thefirst and second stage significantly fall in different levels, which indicates the good synergistic effect between amino uracil/calcium acetylacetonate/sodium perchlorate and ZnGlyA/CaSt2 system.
