摘要
通过热烘箱加速聚丙烯(PP)老化,研究了老化PP的红外光谱及力学性能,分析了成核剂对PP耐热氧老化性能的影响。成核剂提高了PP的结晶度,改善了PP的耐热氧老化性能。在热氧老化前期改性PP降解程度与纯PP相差明显,表现为力学性能保持率高出20%。
The mechanical properties of the aged polypropylene (PP) was studied after it was treated in a accelerated ageing process in an oven. The index of carbonyl group of the PP specimen before and after ageing was measured and compared with infrared spectroscopy. The influence of nucleator on thermooxidative ageing property of PP was analyzed. The nucleator raised crystallinity and improved thermooxidative ageing property of PP. There existed a significant difference in degree of reference in the initial phase of the thermooxidative ageing in percent retention of the mechanical properties. degradation between the modified PP and pure PP process, as demonstrated by the increment of 20%
