摘要
目的调查晚期肺癌患者的生活质量及负性情绪。方法用问卷调查的方法对2012年5月至2014年10月在我科住院经病理证实的156例肺癌患者进行生活质量量表(QLQ-C30)及Zung焦虑(SAS)、抑郁(SDS)自评量表评分。结果共回收有效问卷156例。功能领域中除躯体外其他领域评分均显著低于参考值(P<0.01),症状领域中疲劳、恶心呕吐评分均明显高于参考值(P<0.01),总健康状况评分较参考值明显下降(P<0.01)。焦虑和抑郁评分明显高于国内常模(P<0.01)。结论肺癌患者往往生活质量下降,且多数存在一些负性情绪。医护人员应高度关注患者的生活质量及负性情绪,及时给予心理干预,从而提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To investigate the quality of life and negative psychological status in patients with advanced lung cancer.Methods One hundred fifty- six admitted advanced lung cancer patients from May 2012 to October 2014 were selected as study objects,quality of life questionnaire core 30（QLQ- C30）,self- rating anxiety scale（SAS） questionnaires and self- rating depression scale（SDS） questionnaires were applied to evaluate patients＇ psychological status.Results One hundred and fifty- six questionnaires are up to standard among 156 patients.Except the scores of physical,the scores of other fields in function area were significantly lower than the reference value.The factors resulting had statistically significance（P〈0.01）.The scores of fatigue and nausea and vomiting of symptom scales increase,the factors resulting had statistically significance（P〈0.01）.The scores of total health decrease,the factors resulting had statistically significance（P〈0.01）.SAS and SDS scores of patients with advanced lung cancer were higher than those of normal model in our country and the difference was statistically significant（P0.01）.Conclusion Quality of life in advanced lung cancer patients decreased,and most have some negative emotions.Health care works should pay close attention to the life quality and emotions of lung cancer patients,promptly give the psychological intervention in order to improve life quality of patients.
