摘要
目的探讨健脾益肺化痰方对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)模型大鼠肺功能及血气的影响。方法 60只Wistar雄性大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、健脾益肺方组、化痰方组、健脾益肺化痰方组和羧甲司坦组,每组10只。除正常组外,其他各组采用单纯香烟烟熏法建立COPD大鼠模型。健脾益肺方组、化痰方组、健脾益肺化痰方组和羧甲司坦组大鼠分别给予相应的药物灌胃治疗,模型组和正常组给予等体积的纯净水。末次给药后,禁食12 h,对各组进行肺功能及动脉血气分析。结果与正常对照组相比,模型对照组大鼠肺功能标准指标FEV_(0.3)/FVC及动脉血酸碱度(p H)、氧分压(Pa O_2)、氧饱和度(Sa O_2)均降低(P<0.05),二氧化碳分压(Pa CO_2)升高(P<0.05)。与模型对照组比较,健脾益肺方组、化痰方组、健脾益肺化痰方组的肺功能及血气分析检测指标出现不同程度改善(P<0.05)。其中,与健脾益肺组(治本组)、化痰组(治标组)比较,健脾益肺化痰方组(标本兼治组)肺功能及血气分析进一步改善。结论健脾益肺化痰系列方可以有效改善COPD大鼠肺功能及动脉血气,其机制可能是通过"化痰"作用,抑制了杯状细胞化生及黏液高分泌,使气道分泌物减少,阻力降低,呼吸及动脉血流通畅。其中,健脾益肺化痰方对COPD大鼠肺功能及动脉血气改善较明显,这可能与其标本兼治"痰"的作用有关。
Objective Toinvestigate the influences on lung function and blood gas about Jianpiyifeihuatanfang on Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease( COPD) inlung tissue of model rat. Methods The 60 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group,model group,jianpiyifeigroup,huatan group,jianpiyifeihuatan group and Carbocisteine group,each group of 10. In addition to the normal control group,the model of COPD rats on other groups were established by tobacco smoke inhalation. jianpiyifeigroup,huatan group,jianpiyifeihuatan group and Carbocisteinegroupewere given thelavage treatment with corresponding drug,model group and normal control group were given equal volume of pure water. The eating was banned for 12 hours after the last delivery. then the indexes of lung function and blood gas were detected. Results Compared with normal control group,model group appearsfollowing changes: the indexes of FEV_(0. 3)/FVCand arterial p H,Pa O_2,Sa O_2 decreased but Pa CO_2increased( P〈0. 05). Compared with model group,the three groups( jianpiyifeigroup,huatangroup,jianpiyifeihuatan group) appear different levels of improvement on the lung function and blood gas. Among three groups,the jianpiyifeihuatan group is obviously improved. Conclusion A series of jianpiyifeihuatanfang can obviously improve the lung function and blood gas,themechanism of improvement may be: the"phlegm"can suppress the goblet cells metaplasiaand mucus hypersecretion. To reduce secretions in the airway,resistancedecreased. then breathing and blood flow can be smooth. Among them,the jianpiyifeihuatan group is obviously improved. Which was related with the treating both manifestation and root cause of "phlegm".
