摘要
目的观察桑芩汤治疗慢性支气管炎痰热郁肺证的临床疗效。方法收取我院慢性支气管炎患者70例,随机将其分为治疗组与对照组,各35例。治疗组采用桑芩汤口服,对照组以抗感染头孢替安注射液治疗,疗程均为14 d,对2组的治疗效果进行比较。结果治疗总有效率治疗组85.72%,对照组74.29%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中医证候比较,总有效率治疗组为94.29%,对照组为80.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验室指标比较,在WBC、N%、L%、CRP、IL-6、TNF方面,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论桑芩汤治疗慢性支气管炎痰热郁肺证临床疗效确切。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Sangqin decoction in patients with chronic cough（syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing lung）.Methods 70 patients with chronic bronchitis were collected,and they were randomly divided into treatment group（35 cases） and control group（35 cases）.The treatment group was taken with Sangqin decoction and the control group was treated with anti infection ceftazine injection for 14 days.The treatment effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective treatment group was 85.72%,and the control group was 74.29%.There was a statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Compared with TCM symptoms,the total effective rate was 94.29% in the treatment group and 80.00% in the control group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was significantly different（P〈0.05）,with statistical significance.In the comparison of laboratory indexes,the treatment group was obviously superior to the control group in the aspects of WBC,N%,L%,CRP,IL-6 and TNF（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Sangqin decoction is effective in treating chronic bronchitis with syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing lung.It has obvious advantages in the treatment of TCM symptoms,and can significantly improve relevant laboratory indicators.It has high clinical value and is worthy of further promotion in clinic.
