摘要
宣钢焦化厂改质沥青的生产过程中,产生的沥青烟对环境造成了污染。分析了沥青烟产生的根源,介绍了自主设计的沥青成型新工艺,通过改进沥青放料器、增加回流装置、改进输送管道、增设输送泵等措施,一方面缩短了沥青在空气中的停留时间,另一方面,在成型前冷却降温,使其能够在水中快速成型,从根源上限制了沥青烟的产生,解决了沥青烟对环境的污染。
In the production of modified asphalt in Xuangang Coking Plant, asphalt smoke not only polluted the atmosphere, but also posed a safety hazard to the workers′ health. This paper analyzed the cause of asphalt smoke and introduced an independently designed novel process of asphalt molding. Through improving asphalt feeder and running pipeline, and adding backflow unit and delivery pump, on one hand, the residence time of asphalt in the air was shortened, on the other hand, the cooling before molding enabled the rapid molding of asphalt in water, so the production of asphalt smoke was limited and the environmental pollution was prevented.
