摘要
2004—2018年的"中央一号"文件连续15年将三农问题作为工作重点,2015年"中央一号"文件中明确提出了创新农产品流通模式,当前我国农业进入产业化发展的新阶段,供销合作社作为流通领域中体制内运作的重要组织迎来了前所未有的发展机遇。为更好发挥供销合作社品牌、网络、人才等优势,促进我国供销系统农产品流通体系现代化,该研究收集整理了供销合作社近年来农产品流通相关统计数据对其进行研究。结果表明:当前供销合作社农产品流通虽取得了一定成绩,但仍处于现代化发展的初始阶段,存在很多问题,供销合作社农产品流通现代化应加强流通主体、流通设施、流通方式、信息化水平、流通技术5个方面的现代化水平。
The‘Central No.1’document of 2004 to 2018 focused on the issue of agriculture,rural areas and farmers for 15 consecutive years.In the‘Central No.1’document of 2015 innovative modes of agricultural products circulation were clearly put forward.Currently,Chinese agriculture has entered a new stage of industrialization.As an important organization operating within the system in the field of circulation,supply and marketing cooperatives have ushered in unprecedented opportunities for development.In order to make better use of the advantages of the brands,networks and talents of supply and marketing cooperatives and to promote the modernization of agricultural product circulation system in Chinese supply and marketing system,this study collected and collated statistical data on the circulation of agricultural products in supply and marketing cooperatives in recent years.The results showed that,although the circulation of agricultural products in supply and marketing cooperatives had achieved certain achievements,it was still at the initial stage of modernization and there were many problems.The modernization of the circulation of agricultural products in supply and marketing cooperatives should strengthen the modernization level in five aspects:circulation main body,circulation facilities,circulation mode,information level and circulation technology.
