不同用量氰氨化钙对草莓根际微生物及品质的影响 被引量:8

Effects of Different Calcium Cyanamide Concentration on Strawberry′s Soil Microbes Community Structure and Quality

摘要 以日本"红颜"草莓为试材,对温室设施大棚栽培模式种植土壤施用不同用量的氰氨化钙(0(CK)、200(T1)、400(T2)、600(T3)、800(T4)kg·hm^(-2)),采用常规稀释平板法对草莓根际土壤微生物进行分析,研究不同用量氰氨化钙处理对草莓营养生长及产量、品质等的影响,以期为创新草莓栽培模式、提高草莓品质提供参考依据。结果表明:不同用量的氰氨化钙处理对土壤微生物多样性和草莓植株植物学性状、结实性状影响明显,各品质指标检测结果与对照差异显著。T1、T2、T3处理下放线菌与真菌比值(A/F)分别比对照增加了15.50%、5.83%、32.14%;T1、T2、T3处理下细菌与真菌比值(B/F)分别比对照增加了31.02%、25.08%、39.12%。T3处理下植株生长性状表现较好,增产效果可达34.48%,并能有效提高固酸比值,增加维生素C、还原糖、可溶性蛋白质含量,改善果实风味,是较为理想的氰氨化钙施入浓度。 Japanese’Hongyan’strawberry was used as test materials,different amounts(0(CK),200(T1),400(T2),600(T3),800(T4)kg·hm-2)of calcium cyanamide were applied to the greenhouse cultivation mode,and the soil microbes of strawberry rhizosphere were analyzed by conventional dilution plate method.In order to provide a reference for innovative strawberry cultivation model and improve strawberry quality,the influence of different amounts calcium cyanamide about vegetative growth,output,quality and other indicators in’Hongyan’strawberry under greenhouse cultivation mode were studied.The results showed that the different dosages of calcium cyanamide treatment had significant effects on soil microbial diversity and plant traits and fruiting traits of strawberry plants.These results were significantly different from CK.The ratio of actinomycetes to fungi(A/F)treated with T1,T2 and T3 treatments increased by 15.50%,5.83%and 32.14%.The ratio of bacteria to fungi(B/F)under T1,T2 and T3 treatments were increased by 31.02%,25.08%and 39.12%,which compared with CK.The treatment of T3 showed better growth traits,and the yield increase effect reached 34.48%,which was consistent with the up-regulation of the ratio of total soluble solid content to titratable acid content,and the contents of soluble protein,soluble solid,vitamin C,and reducing sugar.This protection with concentrations of 600 kg·hm-2 was an ideal calcium cyanamide application concentration.
