摘要
目的研究中医学中真气、经络、经脉和循经感传实质四个重要问题。方法根据《内经》记载的和太极拳修炼者真气在体表运动时的生理现象,结合现代医学的研究成果,运用生物电原理,分析真气、经络、经脉和循经感传的实质。结果人体中的Ca^(2+)运动和α1肾上腺素的分泌,与真气、经络、经脉和循经感传实质密切相关。结论真气是人体中的Ca^(2+)运动;经络是Ca^(2+)在体表传递的感觉路线;经脉是由血管、淋巴管、神经管三个组织共同组成;循经感传的源动力,是来源于细胞中的Ca^(2+)运动。
Objective To research four important issues genuine qi, channels and collaterals, meridians and propagated sensation along channel（PSC） essence in TCM. Methods According to the records in Neijing, and physiological phenomena during body movement of genuine qi Taijiquan practitioners, combined with the research results of modern medicine, using the principle of bioelectricity, the gen-uine qi, channels and collaterals, meridians and PSC essence were analyzed. Results Ca2＋ movement in the body and α1 adrenaline secretion were closed to genuine qi, channels and collaterals, meridians and PSC essence. Conclusion The genuine qi is Ca2＋ movement.The channels and collaterals were the Ca2＋ feeling route in the surface of the body. Meridians were made up of blood vessels, lymphatic vessels, neural tube of three organizations. The source power of PSC came from the cells Ca2＋ movement.
