从医学科学前沿思考高血压病的中西医结合辨治

摘要 中西医结合这一概念由来已久,但中医西医是否能够结合以及该如何结合,目前争议颇多。借助方兴未艾的现代医学科学理论,如量子医学、能量医学等,探讨中医气、经络的本质以及五行辨治的临床意义,有助于深刻认识中西医结合的紧迫性和科学性。高血压是最常见的心血管病,考虑到血压调控机制、高血压病理生理机制和临床防治上的复杂性、特殊性,借助于对中西医结合理论的新认识,简单分析了如何对高血压病进行中西医结合辨治,或有助于高血压病理生理机制的深入认识和临床的有效防治。 The concept of the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine has a long history.However,there are a lot of controversies at present regarding whether or not traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine can be combined and how to combine them.With the booming modern medical science theory,such as quantum medicine and energy medicine;it is of great significance to discuss the essence of Chinese medicine qi and meridians as well as the clinical significance of the five elements of defense.This will help to profoundly understand the urgency and scientific nature of the integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine.Hypertension is the most common cardiovascular disease.Taking into account the blood pressure regulation mechanism,the pathophysiological mechanism of hypertension and the complexity of clinical prevention and treatment,as well as with the new understanding of the theory of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine,we analyzed how to treat the hypertension using the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine,which may contribute to the deep understanding of the pathophysiology of hypertension and clinical effective prevention and treatment.
