摘要
目的研究耳穴按压应用于外科腹部手术患者胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法选择2013年12月—2014年12月入住我院普外科行腹腔手术的患者100例作为研究对象,按照入院先后日期采用随机数字法分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者给予常规的治疗护理;观察组在此基础上给予耳穴按压疗法。观察患者术后肠鸣音恢复时间、首次肛门排气时间及术后腹胀及呕吐等并发症的发生率,评价2组患者术后胃肠功能恢复的情况。结果观察组患者术后肠鸣音出现时间、首次肛门排气时间均较对照组提前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),术后腹胀及呕吐等并发症的发生率观察组显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳穴按压可促进外科腹部手术患者胃肠功能的恢复,并可以减少术后并发症的发生,值得临床推广。
Objective To study the effect of the application of otopoint-pellet pressure on the recovery of gastrointestinal function of pa-tients with surgical abdominal operation. Methods Choosing 100 cases of patients with abdominal operation between December 2013 and December 2013 in general surgery as research objects, they were randomly divided into observation group and control group in chronolog-ical order. The control group was given conventional treatment. The observation group was given therapy of otopoint-pellet pressure based on the conventional treatment. The postoperative bowel sounds recovery time, the first anus exhaust time and the incidence of postopera-tive complications such as abdominal distension and vomiting of the two groups were observed. The postoperative recovery of gastrointesti-nal function was evaluated. Results The postoperative bowel sounds appear time and anal exhaust time were earlier than those of the con-trol group, and the difference had statistical significance（ P 〈 0.05）. The incidence of postoperative complications such as abdominal distension and vomiting of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and differences were statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The otopoint-pellet pressure can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients with surgical abdominal operation, and can reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
