摘要
目的:观察运用电针治疗麻痹性肠梗阻的临床疗效。方法:取膻中、中脘、气海、内关、足三里、天枢、脾俞、肾俞,用G6805-Ⅰ型治疗仪强刺激。每日1次,每次30～45 min。结果:36例患者中,显效27例,有效8例,无效1例,有效率97.22%。结论:电针治疗术后肠梗阻临床疗效显著,疗程短,疗效快。
Objective： to observe the clinic effect of electro-acupuncture to treat postoperative paralytic ileus. Methods： the Shanzhong, Zhongwan, Qihai region, Zusanli, Tianshu, Pishu and Shenshu were used in treatment and powerful stimulation by needle with G6805 - Ⅰ therapy instrument（once per day, 30-45 min every time）. Results： the excellence was 27 cases, the utility was 8 cases and ineffective was 1 case. The effective rate was 97.22%. Conclusion： the electro-acupuncture had the function to treat postoperative paralytic ileus and short course of treatment and quick become effective.
