摘要 普通高中新入职教师职业认同的高低会直接影响教师的专业发展,同时也会对其所在的学校教育教学质量产生积极的或消极的影响。通过对晋城市五所高中新入职教师的职业认同现状及其影响因素的调查显示,高中新入职教师的职业认同总体水平较高,但对职业归属感认同的程度较低,并且其高低直接受其工作动机、人际关系、物质保障和从事工作时的情感体验等因素的影响。为此,应增强新入职教师的职业认同感,改善其工资待遇,提高其职业认同;树立新入职教师正确的职业价值观,增强其职业归属感;加强对新入职教师的入职教育,促进其专业发展。 The career identity by new teachers in general senior secondary school will directly influence their career development and the teaching quality of the school they serve. By investigation on status quo of career identity by new teachers in five senior secondary schools in Jincheng City, it is shown that such identity is on comparatively high level, but their career identity of sense of belonging is on rather low level affected by work motive,interpersonal relations, material guarantee and experience of feelings in work. Therefore, to elevate their career identity, the new teachers' need for career identity should be paid attention, and their salary and benefits should be improved; their professional value should be established to strengthen their sense of belonging; and their recruitment education should be strengthened to promote their specialty development.
