摘要
[目的]建立药剂学的问题式学习(problem-based learning,PBL)的问题设计方案与实践方案。[方法]根据在教学过程中对问题设计的体会及学生们的意见反馈,并检索PBL教学法问题设计的相关文献,形成PBL教学的问题设计与实践方法。经过1个学期的教学实践后,通过期末测试和问卷调查两方面对该模式在《药剂学》中的教学效果进行评价。[结果]通过分析与总结,我们建立了适合本校当前药剂学PBL教学的问题设计方案与实践方案。期末考试结果显示,与上一届同专业学生相比,经过PBL教学的学生成绩得到了明显地提高(P<0.05);问卷调查结果显示,该模式有助于提高学生的学习自主性、学习的兴趣及求知欲、语言表达能力、发现和解决问题的能力及团队合作意识,有利于学生掌握理论知识,并在一定程度上促进了学生的交流互动。[结论]制定合理的问题设计方案与实践方案是开展药剂学PBL教学的基础,这有助于改善学生的学习积极性,提高学生的科目成绩,同时有利于改善学生的综合能力。
[Objective] To establish a problem design protocol and practice programs of pharmaceutics PBL(problem-based learning). [Method] Based on the problem design experiences, the feedback from students during the process of teaching and related literature on problem design of PBL, a method for problem design and practice in PBL was obtained. And the practice effect was evaluated by a final exam and a questionnaire after one term of PBL practice. [Result] After analysis and summary, the problem design protocol and practice programs of pharmaceutics PBL were established, which was suitable for current situation of our college. The results of the final exam showed that the students experiencing the PBL practice got higher scores compared with the last year's students of the same specialty(P 0.05). The result of the questionnaire showed that the established model could improve learning autonomy, learning interest and knowledge thirst, oral expression capability, problem-discovering and problem-solving capability of students,help students to master the theoretical knowledge, promote communication among students and it also could improve the team cooperation consciousness of our students to some extent. [Conclusion] A reasonable problem design protocol and practice programs are the base of the application of PBL in pharmaceutics, and this helps to improve students' learning enthusiasm, academic performance and their comprehensive ability.
