急性心肌梗死后左室重构的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 急性心肌梗死是目前临床上常见的威胁人类健康与生命的急危重症。急性心肌梗死后心肌细胞在形态、结构甚至间质的改变会造成左心室形态和功能的改变,并且该改变对患者的长期生活质量的影响有着直接的联系。本文从细胞分子水平、神经体液以及免疫分子角度,就心肌梗死后左室重构的变化做一简述。
