摘要
2014年开展的以境外追逃追赃为目的"猎狐行动"取得了阶段性重大成果。这次行动也暴露出我国在经济、政治等方面的法律法规与监督机制不够健全,我国与国际警务合作机制存在诸多障碍。完善我国经济运行制度的法律法规,加强经济领域的监督,解决境外追逃所遇到的司法瓶颈问题,与有关地区和国家建立缉捕犯罪嫌疑人、分享追逃资金等方面的双边互信合作机制——对促进我国经济健康运行和发展以及廉政建设意义重大。
In 2014 ＂fox hunting action＂with the aim of hunting criminals and illegal property abroad has achieved significant. This action has exposed that our country has some shortcomings in the economic, politics,relatives laws and supervision mechanism. There are many barriers to international police cooperation mechanisms. At present, measures should be taken as follows： optimizing the laws and regulations of China＇s economic operation system, strengthening supervision in the economic field, solving problems in overseas pursuit in judicial, establishing mutual trust and cooperation on arresting suspects or share costs with relevant regional and national. These measures mentioned above will play an important role in promoting the healthy operation of the economy as weu as development and building a clean government.
