摘要 目的验证去趋势波动分析方法应用于脑电信号的有效性.方法分别提取睡眠分期的脑电信号,利用去趋势波动方法对睡眠状态脑电信号的标度特征进行对比研究.结果从睡眠1期~睡眠4期标度指数随着睡眠程度加深而逐渐增大,脑的动力学活跃性随之降低.结论去趋势波动分析方法对不同睡眠状态有一定的区分度. Objective This article was trying to validate the application effectiveness of the detrended fluctuation analysis( DFA) method on the EGG. Methods EEG signals were extracted from the sleep stages,and the scale characteristics of the EEG signals were studied by using the trend fluctuation method. Results The scaling exponents gradually increased from stage 1 to stage 4,which tells that the dynamics of brain become less activated as sleep stage goes to deep. Conclusion The algorithm of DFA in this paper offers a method that could be used for discriminate sleep staging of brain function.
