摘要 通常多煤层联合开采矿井各采面技术和经济条件差异较大,不同的配采方案可以取得不同的经济效益,针对这种情况可以采用整数规划法来优化配采方案。其方法是根据各采面的实际情况建立数学模型,在满足产量和煤质等约束条件的前提下,获得经济效益最大化的配采方案。通过建立数学模型整数规划法可以做到人、财、物的合理搭配,尤其对各采面回采技术参数、工艺方法差别较大时更能凸显该方法的优势。工程实践表明,应用整数规划法能避免从经验直观上决策配采方案的盲目性,降低开采成本,显著提高经济效益。 Usually the technical and economic conditions of different coal face in the combined multiple coal seams mining are different, and different collocating mining scheme obtains different economic benefit. For the situation the integer programming can be used to optimize the scheme of collocating mining. The method is based on the actual situation of each coal face to establish mathematical model and the collocating mining scheme of the maximum economic benefit can be obtained under the premise of constraint conditions for the production outpui and quality of coal. By using the integer programming method the reasonable collocation of the labor, assets and materials can be realized, especially the method shows its obvious advantage in the case of great difference of mining technical parameters and mining process in the coal faces. Engineering practice showed that application of the integer programming can avoid from intuitive decision making with the blindness in scheme, reduce mining costs, and significantly improve the economic benefits.
