摘要
为科学规划黑龙江省煤炭产业规模提供决策支持,采用实证研究的方法,通过对全省煤炭产业调研,分析了大量的统计数据和产业目前存在的问题,依据科学发展观和产业组织理论,提出了解决问题的六项对策,并得出了黑龙江省煤炭产业规模要保持适度增长,并非规模越大越好,调整产业结构,提高产业集中度,形成有效生产能力等六个结论。
The paper provides decision-making support for scientifically planning coal industry scale in Heilongjiang province, introduces uses the method of imperial study, through the investigation and study for coal industry of the whole province and the analysis the massive statistic data and the industry existence questions. According to scientific development view and industry organization theory, the paper proposes six countermeasures of saluting the questions, and draws six conclusions such as： coal industry scale in Heilongjiang province should maintain the moderate growth, but the scale more greatly is by no means better; adjusting industry structure, improving industry concentration; forming the effective production ability.
