摘要
讨论了目前国内外环氧树脂(EP)纳米导热复合材料的研究进展,并用浇铸法制备了Si_3N_4/SiC/EP纳米导热复合材料,同时探究了Si_3N_4/SiC的含量及表面处理剂的处理对该复合材料的导热性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明,当Si_3N_4/SiC复合物看作一个整体,两者质量比定为1∶1时,其质量占整个Si_3N_4/SiC/EP纳米导热复合材料的50%时,导热性能较好;当SiC质量分数占Si_3N_4/SiC/EP复合材料的3.65%时,其弯曲强度和冲击强度均达到最大值;表面处理剂的处理使该复合材料导热性有所增加,但效果并不显著。
Research progress of epoxy resin (EP) thermal conductive nanocomposite was discussed. And the Siz N4/SiC/EP nanocomposite was prepared by casting method. Then the influences of the content ratio and the surface treating agent to the thermal conductivity and mechanical properties of the composite were discussed. The results indicate that the best thermal and physical performance of the composite can be obtained when the total mass fraction of Si3N4/SiC is 50% with the ratio of SizN4 to SiC of 1 : 1. Moreover, the surface treatment agent makes the thermal conductivity of the composite increase, but the effect is not significant.
