摘要
用碳热还原氮化法制备了Si3N4粉体,通过对纳米氮化硅粒子的TEM的研究,发现随着温度的变化,纳米氮化硅颗粒表面粒子粒径不同。而对纳米氮化硅进行了红外吸收光谱的测量,观察到了频移和吸收带的宽化,说明纳米结构红外吸收谱具有蓝移和宽化现象。
The TEM shows that the Si3N4 nanoparticles, which were prepared under carbon reduction, have a different diameter. While under different temperature. The infrared absorption spectra of Si3N4 nanoparticles measured that those have frequency shift and absorption's Widezation . The result proved that the infrared absorption spectroscopy of nanoparticles were blue shift and Widezation.
