摘要
为了提高电积锌用阳极的性能和寿命,采用电沉积法在铝板表面制备了Al/Pb-0.8%Ag复合电极,并对其进行了阳极极化。通过阳极极化曲线、Tafel曲线和交流阻抗谱分析了Al/Pb-0.8%Ag复合电极的腐蚀电化学性能;采用扫描电镜分析复合电极形貌,采用能谱仪分析其成分,采用X射线衍射仪分析其相结构。结果表明:Al/Pb-0.8%Ag电极中Ag分布均匀,铝基体和镍过渡层之间以及镍过渡层和铅银合金之间结合紧密;与传统Pb-0.8%Ag电极相比,Al/Pb-0.8%Ag电极作电解锌阳极具有较高的耐腐蚀性和电催化活性。
Al/Pb-0.8%Ag composite anode used in zinc electrowinning was prepared on the surface of aluminum alloy substrate by electrodeposition,and then the composite anode was treated by anodic polarization.The anode polarization curves,Tafel polarization curves and EIS were used to analyze the corrosion electrochemical performance of the samples.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy dispersion spectroscopy(EDS) and X-ray diffraction(XRD) were used to analyze the morphology,elemental composition and phase structure.Results showed that the distribution of Ag in Pb-0.8%Ag alloy was uniform.There was strong adhesion between aluminum matrix and nickel transition layer and between nickel transition layer and lead- silver alloy.Al/Pb-0.8%Ag anode had higher corrosion resistance and electrocatalytic activity,compared with the common Pb-0.8%Ag anode.
