摘要
介绍了一种基于USB2.0的高频信号数据采集系统,该系统能够采集高达10MHz的信号,采样频率高达50MHz。系统通过FPGA对AD模块转换的数据进行存储,通过USB2.0串行数据接口完成数据采集系统和PC之间的通信和数据传输。首先阐述了系统的总体架构和硬件,其次介绍了系统的FPGA软件设计和应用软件设计,最后给出了数据采集的测试结果。结果证明该系统能够采集高达10MHz的信号,能够简单方便地实现数据传输。
This article introduced a high speed data acquisition system based on USB2.0. The system can acquire the signals up to 10 MHz. In this system, the data from the AD convertor is saved by the FPGA, XC3S500E and transmitted by the USB2. 0 interface to the PC. The article first introduced the overall structure and it' s hardware design. Secondary, the software design was introduced including the FPGA software and the application software on PC. At last, the test results of the system were given out. The results turned out that the system can acquire the signals frequencies up to 10MHz. In addition, the data transmission with PC was simple and convenience.
