摘要
考虑到高温沥青船独立货舱安装的特殊性,为提供更便捷的安装方法以提高工效并降低成本,通过实船设计,对比分析高温沥青船独立货舱隔热垫块传统安装技术,研发出新型的垫块高度调整机构和锁紧机构,解决了传统安装技术中因悬臂受力及钻孔而导致结构应力场恶化的问题,安装实践表明技术可行。
Considering the particularity of independent cargo tank installation for the high temperature asphalt tanker,the convenient installation method is investigated to improve work efficiency and lower the cost. Based on the actual design and relative analysis of the normal installation technology of the insulation pad for the independent cargo tank of high temperature asphalt tanker,a new pad location and lock device is developed to avoid the stress worsen caused by cantilever force and hole cutting,and the technical feasibility is testified in actual installation.
