摘要
研究了大型独立液货舱内胆在船舶货舱中多支点定位,调整钢垫块的测量加工和最终落位等安装问题。采用内胆和货舱多支点位置尺寸测量分析,确定内胆在货舱中的最佳安装位置,设计制作临时支承对内胆实行水平定位和调整钢垫块的加工尺寸测量,采用适量、有序、多次火焰切割拆除临时支承,使内胆落位于永久支承上,实现了内胆的正确安装。
the paper studied the installation problems including the large-scale independent cargo tank liner multi-bearing locating in cargo tank,steel underlay adjustment measuring and processing,and liner final dropping.By measuring and analyzing liner and cargo tank multi-bearing position dimension,determines the optimum liner installation position in cargo tank;by designing and producing temporary bearing,locates the liner horizontally and measures the steel underlay adjustment dimension;by suitable,sequence and multiple flame cutting,removes the temporary bearings and settles down the liner on the permanent bearing.All the steps realize the correct liner installation.
