Determination of Bisphenol A in water samples based on magnetic activated carbon andmatrix solidphase dispersion in high performance liquid chromatography

摘要 建立了一种以磁性分散基质固相萃取为预处理技术,结合高效液相色谱检测水样中双酚A的分析方法。制备磁性活性炭作为吸附材料,可以实现吸附材料与水相的彻底、简便的分离。方法的优化条件:吸附时间为15min、0.5mL丙酮为洗脱剂,洗脱时间为2min,水样的pH为4,加入25g/LNaCl。在优化条件下,BPA检出限为0.02μg/L,线性范围为0.05~10μg/L(r=0.9995)。 An analytical method based on magnetic matrix solid phase dispersion(MMSPD) for the determination of Bisphenol A (BPA) in water samples was proposed by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) detection. Magnetic activated carbon (MAC) was synthesized for the adsorption of BPA in water samples, and the complete separation of the MAC and the aqueous phase was easily achieved. The influence conditions, such as adsorption time, typeand volume of theelute solvent, elution time, pH and ionic strength of the water sample, were all optimized. Underthe optimized conditions, the limit of detection ( LOD ) was 0. 02 μg/L, and the linearity was obtained from 0. 05 to 10 μg/L. It was satisfied for the proposed method to be used for the determination of BPA in real water samples.
