摘要
[目的]建立固相萃取-高效液相色谱法测定婴幼儿奶瓶中溶出的双酚A的方法。[方法]奶瓶经过一定温度水浴浸泡,浸泡液中的双酚A经GDX-502固相萃取,甲醇提取,Hypersil ODS色谱柱分离测定。优化后的色谱条件以甲醇+水(体积比为70:30)为流动相,荧光检测激发波长为230nm,发射波长为315nm。[结果]方法的线性范围为0.05-5mg/L(甲醇液中),检出限为0.0002mg/L,平均回收率104%。[结论]该方法灵敏度高,快速。简便,适用于各种塑料制品中溶出双酚A的检测。运用该方法对奶瓶中的双酚A溶出情况进行了相关研究.得到了一些非常有价值的实验数据。
[Objective] To develop a method of determination of BPA migrating from nursing bottle by high performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detector. [ Methods] Nursing bottles were soaked in water in certain temperature for some time. The BPA in water was absorbed by GDX-502 and extracted by methanol. Separation and quantification were achieved by a Hypersil ODS column. The optimum conditions such as methanol and water (70 : 30) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1mL/min and fluorescence detector with the excitation and emission wavelength at 230 nm and 315 nm respectively were used for the determination. [ Results] The linearity was obtained over the range of 0.05-5 mg/L (in methanol). The detection limit of the method was 0.000 2 mg/L for BPA in the water, the average recovery was 104%. [Conclusion] This method is sensitive, quick and convenient. It can be used for determination of BPA in plastic products. The BPA migration from nursing bottle has been researched, and some valuable experiment data are collected.
