摘要 分析了河南省会理县太平基地单元不同生物炭施用量与烤烟中性致香成分和评吸质量的关系,结果表明:常规处理+生物炭600 kg/hm2可使烤后烟样的中性致香成分含量更接近或者处于优质烟叶的适宜范围,香气质、香气量、浓度、余味、劲头和评吸总分均明显高于其他处理的烤烟,而杂气和刺激性等指标则相对低于其他处理。 The effects of different biochar application rates on the neutral aroma compositions and smoking quality of flue-cured tobacco in Taiping base unit of Huili county were analyzed. The results showed that the treatment of conventional treatment + biochar 600 kg/hm2 could make the content of neutral aroma components in roasted tobacco samples even more close to or be in the appro- priate content range of high-quality tobacco. In this treatment, the aroma quality, aroma quantity, concentration, finish, strength and smoking total score of flue-cured tobacco were significantly higher than those in other treatments, but the offensive odor, irrita- tion and other miscellaneous indicators were relatively lower than those in other treatments.
