摘要
选取海水中常见元素作为研究对象,考察它们对海水中总氮(TN)测定(紫外分光光度法)的影响情况。研究结果表明:1)所选取的常见元素中HCO_3^-、Br^-、Fe^(3+)、Cr^(6+)对测定有影响;2)ρHCO_3^-在0.142~1g/L范围内,HCO_3^-离子对海水中总氮测定的影响程度随HCO_3^-离子浓度的增加先减小后增大;3)ρBr^-在0.067 4~0.3g/L范围内,Br^-离子对海水中总氮测定的影响程度随离子浓度的增加而减小;4)ρFe^(3+)在0.512 5~2.05g/L范围内,Fe^(3+)离子对海水中总氮测定的影响程度随离子浓度的增加先增大后减小;5)ρCr^(6+)在0.52~2.08g/L范围内,Cr^(6+)离子对海水中总氮测定的影响程度随Cr^(6+)离子浓度的增加先减小后增大。实验结果为消除海水中总氮测定的干扰因素提供了参考。
The researcher selected some common elements ions in seawater,to evaluate the effect on TN testing by UV Spectroscopy.The results showed that:1)among the common elements selected,HCO_3^-,Br^-,Fe^3+,Cr^6+affect TN testing;2)the effect ofρHCO3^_-on testing increases firstly,then decreases along with the increasing of concentration within the range of 0.142g/L to 1g/L;3)the effect ofρBr-on TN testing decreases along with the increasing of its concentration within the range of 0.067 4^0.3g/L;4)the effect of Fe^3+to TN testing increases firstly,then decreases along with the increasing of concentration with the range of 0.512 5g/L ^2.05g/L;5)the effect of Cr^6+to TN testing decreases firstly,then increases along with the increasing of concentration within the range of0.52^2.08g/L.The research results aim to provide reference for interference elimination of seawater TN testing.
