摘要
哺乳动物卵母细胞冷冻保存在种质资源保存、胚胎工程技术和人类辅助生殖方面具有重要意义。冷冻保存过程所产生的渗透压差导致卵母细胞体积迅速变化,引起微结构损伤甚至死亡。卵母细胞冷冻保存过程中的体积调控成为近年来的研究热点。文章总结了卵母细胞冷冻方法、冷冻载体、抗冻保护剂的种类及卵母细胞体积调控在细胞冷冻保存过程中的作用等方面的研究进展。
Cryopreservation of mammalian oocytes is an indespensable manipulation in the conservation of gennplasm resources, embryo engineering and human assisted reproduction. Osmolarity of cryopreservative medium leads to rapid changes in the volume of oocytes, causes micmstructuml damage or even death. Volume regulation of oocytes has become a research hotspot in recent years. The article summarized the methods,the vectors,the eryoprotectants of freezing and the roles of volume regulation of oocytes during its cryopreservation.
