摘要
建立以HPLC-ELSD法测定柴石解郁片中黄芪甲苷含量的方法。色谱柱:Diamonsil C18;流动相:乙腈-水(32∶68);流速:1m L/min;蒸发光散色器漂移管温度:105℃;雾化气体:氮气;流速:3.0L/min。结果表明,黄芪甲苷线性范围1.024μg^5.12μg,平均回收率97.59%,RSD=0.92%(n=6)。本方法灵敏、准确、重现性好,可用于柴石解郁片的质量控制。
To develop a method for the content determination of astragnaloside in Chai Shi Jie Yu tablets. The chromatography column was octadecyisilane chemically bonded silica as the idler, the moving phase was acetonitrile- water(32:68), the flow velocity was lmL one minute, the drift tube temperature of evaporative light- scattering detector was 105℃, air or nitrogen was as the atomizing gas, its flow velocity was 3.0L one minute. Results: The incoming sample amount of astragnaloside was 1.024μg- 5.12μg, the average recovery was 97.59%, RSD = 0.92 % ( n = 6).This method is sensitive, accurate, and has good reproducibility. It can be used for the content determination of astragnaloside in Chai Shi Jie Yu tablet.
