摘要 针对便携式气体检测仪采用电池供电存在更换不便,频繁插拔影响寿命,在一些工业应用中无法与控制器实时通信,成本高昂等问题,提出一种基于电化学传感器作为检测元件,采用无线充电,能与具有模拟输出接口的控制器通信的低成本便携式气体检测仪。实验结果表明,该装置具有较高的精度和稳定性,气体浓度测量误差≤±5%。 As portable gas detector is inconvenient as the battery power supply has to be replaced, the frequent plughas an impact on the service life, in some industrial applications it cannot communicate with the controller in realtime, has high cost and other issues, this paper proposed a low-cost portable gas detector with electrochemical sensoras the detection element, the use of wireless charging, can communicate with analog output interface controller. Theexperimental results show that, the device has high precision and stability, the gas concentration measurement erroris no more than 5%.
