摘要
针对现有矿用甲烷便携仪接触式充电方式存在的充电触点易松动、氧化,长时间充电使电池寿命短等问题,提出采用无线充电技术对矿用甲烷便携仪进行充电,设计了无线充电电路,在此基础上研制了矿用甲烷便携仪及无线充电器样机。实验结果表明,采用无线充电技术能够可靠、安全地实现矿用甲烷便携仪电池充电,充电时应使发射线圈和接收线圈间距尽量小,从而获得较高的能量传输效率。
For problems of contact charging mode of existing mine-used portable methane detector,such as contact would be loose and oxidized,battery life was short under the condition of long charging time,wireless charging technology was proposed for charging mine-used portable methane detector.Wireless charging circuit was designed.On the basis,prototypes of mine-used portable methane detector and wireless charger were developed.The experimental result shows that wireless charging technology can charge mine-used portable methane detector reliably and safely.Distance between sending coil and receiving coil should be smaller for higher energy transfer efficiency.
