摘要
阐述了应急救援站选址的现状和影响因素,将影响因素转化为对应的可量化目标,并针对不同的可量化目标确定模型的约束条件,构建选址多目标决策模型。应用非支配遗传算法NSGA—Ⅱ对该模型求解,并通过算例进行分析。
the present situation and the influence factors of site selection of emergency rescue station were elaborated, the influence factors were converted to the corresponding quantifiable objective, constraint conditions of model were determined for different quantifiable objective, multi-objective decision model of site selection was established, solved by means of Non-domina- ted Sorting Genetic Algorithm （NSGA - II） , and analyzed by calculation examples.
