摘要
为更大程度发挥共享租车的优越性，对共享租车租赁点进行客观的评价，本文从客流角度、可达性角度、投入产出角度进行分析，选取了6项指标用以构建租赁点选址的评价指标体系，并引入熵权法对各指标进行客观赋权，最终得到租赁点的综合评价值，发现潜在用户比率和可达性对租赁点选址影响较大。采取该方法对成都市某区域内的共享租车租赁点进行评价，最终评价值与实际情况一致，验证了评价方法的合理性。
To play the superiority of carsharing, this paper proposed an objective method to evaluate the carsharing rental stations including six indexes. The six indexes described the rental stations from the passenger flow, accessibility and input output respectively. And then, entropy weight method was adopted to weight-value assigning for these six indexes. Finally, the comprehensive evaluation of rental stations could be figured out, finding that the potential user ratio and accessibility have a great influence on the site selection .Some carsharing rental stations of Chengdu were evaluated comprehensively by this way. The results were accordant with the actual state to verify the rationality of the method.
