摘要
主题教学沙龙是目前我国高校教师教学发展机构促进教师专业发展的重要活动形式,对教师专业发展具有重要意义。文章结合实践,总结了在举办过程中要重视教学沙龙主题、主讲人和主持人的选择,做好前期准备工作,精心布置活动现场,加强活动过程控制,重视活动后续总结报道,以期为一线教师创造一个轻松、自由的交流环境,促进教师专业能力发展。
Topic-based teaching salon is an important activity organized by the university teacher ＆ teaching development institution to promote teachers ＇ development. It has important significance for teachers＇ professional development. By relating to our practice in the process of topic-based teaching salon, this paper points out that attention should be paid to the selection of topics, presenters and the host. Preparatory work should be well organized. The conference room should be set up carefully. The topic-based teaching salon pacing should be well controlled. The achievements and experience of the salon should be summarized and reported in time. We hope to provide a relaxing environment for teachers ＇free exchanges and promote the development of their professional competence.
