摘要
对金刚石工具传统的制造工艺流程与其存在的弊端进行了介绍,列述了为克服传统工艺的这些弊端,国内外相关业者已经或正在探求的创新之路。文中详细介绍了我公司2014年成功开发出的一项新技术,采用"固体材料"替代传统的"粉体材料",作为制造金刚石工具胎体基料的新工艺的特点及优势。新工艺所采用的"固体材料",视多方面的不同要求,采用固态致密的金属、高分子材料或是其复合体。这一开发新工艺成果表明,该技术业已突破传统制造工艺的束缚,为金刚石工具实现高效、低碳、低成本的制造,开辟出一条全新之路。
The traditional manufacturing process flow of diamond tools and its drawbacks has been introduced in this article.Meanwhile,the innovative methods which have been developed or under research by relevant domestic and overseas manufacturers to overcome the drawbacks of the traditional manufacturing process have been listed and discussed. Features and advantages of a new technology successfully developed by our company in 2014 which uses "solid materials" as substitute for the traditional "powder materials" to prepare the diamond tool matrix has been introduced in detail in this article.The "solid materials"adopted in the new technology are solid dense metals,high molecular material or its complex according to different requirements.The development of this new technol-ogy indicates a breakthrough to the traditional manufacturing process and a brand new way of diamond tools manufacturing of high efficiency,low carbon and low cost.
