摘要
在传统的热压烧结金刚石工具制品中,添加一定量的Ni,可以明显提高胎体的强度以及韧性,而在自由烧结所制的胎体中,却显示出不同的效果。实验在其它烧结工艺不变条件下,在以M粉为主要粘结剂的金刚石工具胎体中添加羰基Ni,开展羰基Ni对自由烧结胎体性能影响的试验研究。试验结果表明:随着胎体中Ni含量的依次增加,胎体的相对密度、洛氏硬度先提高后下降,在Ni含量为5wt.%附近出现拐点,而胎体的抗弯强度却一直呈下降趋势;同时,胎体内晶粒由细变粗,且胎体的韧性逐渐减弱,脆性逐渐增强。
In the manufacturing process of traditional hot pressing sintering diamond tools, the strength and toughness of the matrix of diamond tools can be obviously increased when a certain amount of Ni is added,but different effects are displayed in the matrix of those diamond tools by free sintering.An experimental study is conducted to test the in-fluence of nickel carbonyl on the performance of free sintering diamond tool matrix under the same sintering process by adding nickel carbonyl into the diamond tool matrix,of which the key agglomerant is M powder.The test result shows that as the Ni content in matrix increases,the relative density and Rockwell hardness of it get increased at the be-ginning and then declined.An inflection point arises when the content of Ni is around 5 wt.%.However,the flexural strength of the matrix keeps declining.Meanwhile,the grains inside the matrix change from fine to coarse,the toughness of the matrix keeps weakening and the brittleness of it get increased gradually.
