摘要
小学教师职业具有很强的实践性,要成为一名合格的小学教师,就要求其积累足够多的实践性教学知识和相应的实践能力以满足小学教育职业的教学需要。高等师范院校小学教育本科专业设置应以实践为导向,在实践导向下进行课程设置,对现阶段实践导向课程设置中存在的问题提出应对策略。
The vocation of primary school teachers has strong practice. To be a qualified primary school teacher needs enough practical teaching knowledge and ability. The setup of undergraduate program course of primary school education should be practice - oriented.
