摘要
该文从同行评议的概念及其内涵出发,通过探讨同行评议的运行模式及其特点、同行评议有效性的影响因素,以福州大学教师聘任中同行评议为例,分析了大学教师聘任中学术同行评价制度的构建,对当前国内大学教师学术评价制度的建设有一定借鉴意义。
In this paper, we explore the concept and connotation of peer review system. By discussing several running modes and characteristics of peer review system, we analyze the current problems in academic peer-reviewed of domestic university. Based on the concept of the academic community, we develop the academic peer review system of university including "specific peer review", anonymous review, avoidance system, and appeal system of review result, etc., that contribute to the construction of the academic evaluation system for the current domestic university.
