妇科恶性肿瘤术后静脉血栓栓塞的危险因素被引量：4

摘要目的探讨妇科恶性肿瘤术后患者发生静脉血栓栓塞(VTE)的危险因素。方法采用回顾性研究的方法,对30例妇科恶性肿瘤术后VTE患者(VTE组)及32例妇科恶性肿瘤术后无VTE患者(非VTE组)的一般临床因素、肿瘤相关因素、治疗相关因素进行对比分析,然后将上述两组差异有统计学意义的指标进行二分类Logistic多因素回归分析。结果两组BMI、肿瘤分化程度、术前化疗、淋巴结转移、升白细胞治疗相比,P均<0.05;BMI、术前化疗与术后VTE的发生有关(P均<0.05)。结论术前化疗、BMI是妇科恶性肿瘤术后VTE发生的独立危险因素。
